With over 30-years of experience and dedication advocating for artists, creating and implementing empowerment programs for youth organizations, working side-by-side with community leaders, government officials and corporate professionals in the United States and in the Caribbean.  Antoinette Pitcan melds her experience serving as an Artistic Development Specialist for the high-quality production of art, music and entertainment projects.

Ms. Pitcan's unapologetic passion for greater conceptual focus on global cultures is unending and naturally extends to areas such as world music, fine and creative arts and entertainment. In 1992, Ms. Pitcan founded and remains the Artistic Director of “A Fe We Culture” that focus on the development of Caribbean and Caribbean American arts and entertainment.

In 2011, Ms. Pitcan developed “Let's Raise Them Up”, a global youth development project catering to the needs of “at risk” children that seeks to direct medical and educational resources to empower communities specifically dealing with issues related to a higher quality of education, and cancer awareness.

 In 2014, Ms. Pitcan was elected for a seat on the Board of Directors for Island Magazine and serves as its Editorial Manager, she is the Managing Director Restless Media and CEO of G CUED (Global Cultural Understanding and Economic Development).
