

A community liaison and activist, who works with the New York City community on matters relating to immigration, political campaigns, and clergy related matters.
Pierre Gedeon has worked as a volunteer coordinator and data analysis for New York State Assembly woman Rodneyse Bichotte’s 2014 & 2016 election and worked for her at the district level in Brooklyn NY starting in 2010. He also held position at Haitian American Business Network (HABNET, NY) under the leadership of founder Jackson Rockingster in all manners of community work and services. In addition, Pierre has worked in the Community Affairs Unit of the Mayor’s Office under deputy commissioner Harold Miller and the Pre-K for All Outreach Team in NYC DOE.
Pierre was a member of the original 1st place winning team (winning over $400K) of City Council of New York City’s Participatory Budgeting for the proposed community resource center project. For his work in the community as youth teacher and leader at local Brooklyn community church CRCG Ministries, Pierre Gedeon has been awarded a citation from the City Council of New York from City Council member Mathieu Eugene (NYC District 40).
Pierre holds a BA in Technology and an Applied Science Associate from the City University of New York’s New York City College of Technology.
